Dr. Will Harris is very professional based on a natural and efficient communication style. Any procedure that changes and improves your facial or other visible skin is likely to be worrisome but I found that Dr. Harris took the time to explain each step before the procedure and then in the days and weeks of follow-up where the healing is in full form, he was able to explain what was going on, why and what to expect next.

Reading Reviews Usefully
A few things make patient reviews more informative.
Reviews that describe a specific procedure are more useful than general praise, because recovery, downtime and the nature of the result vary enormously between, say, a deep plane facelift and a lip lift. A patient describing the experience of the procedure being considered is worth more than ten describing something else.
Reviews written some time after surgery say more than those written in the first two weeks, when relief and swelling both distort the picture. Facial surgery results settle over months, and a review at six months reflects something closer to the final outcome.
Reviews that mention the parts that were difficult tend to be more credible than those that do not. Recovery from facial surgery involves a period of looking worse before looking better, and honest accounts say so.
And reviews describing how problems were handled are often the most useful of all, because every surgical practice encounters them. What distinguishes practices is the response.
